Come and celebrate this Saturday, 4 October, to farewell Steve Posselt
on his epic sea kayak paddle from Brisbane to Sydney.
This is part of the on going campaign to stop the Traveston Dam being built on the Mary River. Fed Env Minister Peter Garrett will decide sometime in November if the dam will be built and every little bit of effort will help save this iconic river from being dammed.
Join the flotilla of boats and paddle through Brisbane with Steve and co - there will be some kayaks available on the day so let me know if you want one.
WHERE: Brisbane River, West End boat ramp, Riverside Drive, between Jane

TIME: 11am, for midday departure.
